Alert Rules While Using Phone Calls

If the following is checked:

If the user acknowledges the alarm from the phone call and the excursion is not corrected and the alarm is not acknowledged from the Cobalt or the Online Application, it will call all users defined in the rule back in 30 minutes and repeat calling until the excursion is corrected or an acknowledgement is made at the Cobalt or the OCEAView online application.

If the user acknowledges the alarm at any point from the Cobalt or the OCEAView online application even if the excursion is not corrected the repetition of phone calls will not persist even if the box above is checked.

If the following two boxes are checked

Only One Phone call will be made to each user defined in the Rule whether the excursion is corrected or not.
